Vietnam Imports & Exports Statistics – September 2024
- In August 2024, Vietnam’s on-water exports of all types (including green Robusta and Arabica beans, and Soluble and R&G converted to green coffee equivalent) totaled 83,387 tons, down 7.23% MoM and down 12.69% YoY. This was also 31.45% lower than the previous 5-year average.
- Out of this total exports, 76,115 tons (91.28%) were direct exports from the domestic market, and 7,272 tons (8.72%) were estimated exports from bonded warehouses. It is important to note that these direct exports and exports from bonded warehouses do not include Solubles Coffee, which will be detailed separately in the Solubles Coffee section.
- By types, Robusta exports in August 2024 amounted to 58,319 tons (-9.4% MoM and -16.52% YoY). Arabica exports reached 2,080 tons (-58.73% MoM and +1.74% YoY). And Soluble coffee exports totaled 22,854 tons (+12.78% MoM and -2.71% YoY).
