Tuan Loc Commodities

In September 2021, Tuan Loc Group acquired 100% of Tin Nghia Commodities from Tin Nghia Corporation (Timexco). Following the acquisition, Tuan Loc Group renamed the company Tuan Loc Commodities and augmented the company’s charter capital by a factor of ten, to VND 400 billion (equivalent to approximately US$18 million).

The purpose of Tuan Loc’s acquisition of Tin Nghia Commodities is to establish a leading agri-business in Vietnam by capitalizing on the group’s robust financial position and internal synergies, particularly between its agri-business and seaport divisions.

Tuan Loc Group is among the most prominent business conglomerates in Vietnam in the fields of infrastructure development and industrial property development. Vam Cong Bridge in the Mekong Delta and Saigon 2 Bridge in HCMC are two examples of the iconic roads and bridges that the group has constructed.

Phuoc An Deep-Water Port in Dong Nai province is the most recent undertaking of Tuan Loc Group. In its first phase alone, it will require a capital investment of more than VND 24 trillion (approximately $1 billion). Tuan Loc is both the principal investor and chief constructor of this port.

For Kha, coffee has always been more than just a morning ritual. Growing up in an area that supplies the majority of Vietnam's Robusta coffee, she's always had a special appreciation for the bean.
