On February 2, 2026, Tuan Loc Commodities (TLC) donated three new computer sets to Tan Thuong Secondary School in Tan Thuong 2 Hamlet, Dinh Trang Thuong Commune, Lam Dong Province. This initiative reflects TLC’s continued commitment to supporting education and improving learning conditions in underserved communities.
Tan Thuong Secondary School serves approximately 400 students across 12 classes, of which more than 96% are from the K’Ho ethnic minority. The school also supports around 50 households classified as poor, near-poor, or facing significant hardship. While the school has an IT room, the existing equipment was no longer operational and could not support effective teaching and learning.
The donated computers will help restore the school’s IT facilities, enabling students to access basic digital skills and making lessons more practical and engaging. Improved access to technology is expected to support learning motivation, encourage school attendance, and help reduce dropout risks among disadvantaged students.
At the handover ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Principal of Tan Thuong Secondary School, expressed his sincere appreciation to TLC for its support and presented the company with a letter of thanks. He noted that the donation not only addresses immediate educational needs but also creates longer-term opportunities for students to develop skills and broaden their future prospects.
This initiative underscores TLC’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, as the company continues to work alongside local communities to create positive and lasting impact through education.
